We are very excited to announce that after 6 long weeks we have a date for inviting clients back into the clinic…..
Tuesday the 9th of June
We can’t wait to see happy smiling faces & wagging tails back in the clinic. These last 6 weeks have been tough & we would like to thank everyone for their understanding & patience through these troubling times.
We will be re-opening the clinic on the 9th of June, however, some of our staff have immunocompromised family members, so for their continued health and safety we will be implementing the following health measures:
Health Screening – on entering the clinic we will take a quick temperature check & ask whether you have been unwell or had respiratory issues in the last 48 hrs. This screening is not only to ensure the safety of our staff & other clients but also ensures we can continue to keep our doors open to the public.
Hand Sanitizer – hand sanitizer will be available for your use at the reception desk. Please help us stay safe & use the sanitizer when entering the clinic.
Limit of one person per consultation – This will allow us to successfully maintain 4 sqm per person whilst inside the clinic. If we need a nurse to help during the consultation we may need to ask you wait outside the consultation room. If this does occur it would only be for a short period of time.
Limited numbers of clients in reception area – once again to maintain 4 sqm per person we will be limiting the number of people in the reception area to a maximum of three. We have dedicated seats for everyone to ensure the 1.5m social distancing requirements are maintained.
Buying Food or Medications – you are very welcome to enter the clinic to purchase food or medication but we need to maintain a maximum of three people in the reception area. If reception is full please wait outside until it is clear to enter.
Online Shop – We now have a convenient online store for all food, supplements & treats. We will contact you when your order is ready, so all you need to do is turn up to the clinic & collect them.
We understand that COVID-19 has had an enormous effect on how we live our lives & how we interact with people. To continue to allow us to keep our doors open we would greatly appreciate your co-operation with the measures we have put in place.
