Took our 6yo cavvie in for a general check up and vaccines. Calm, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My dog felt right at home from the second he walked through the doors. You can tell they prioritise the comfort of the animals there.

I was referred to this clinic by another vet and have been so pleasantly surprised with the assistance received via Telehealth. My puppies products arrived the next business day and he is already feeling better thanks to Kelly! They were also so prompt with putting through my insurance claim which is a bonus given reoccurring vet bills for treatment :)

These guys have been nothing but remarkable over the last five years. Chelsi & Ally have been Lewi’s (whippet) primary vets, and they were both flawless on every front over the last week when we had Lewi in for a spinal injury. They were firm but never pushy or panicked and deeply compassionate towards Lewi. They referred us on to SouthPaws in Mornington (who were also outstanding) and organised everything for us ahead of time. Reception is always warm and as helpful as they can be.Follow-up calls and check-ins, the whole works. Cannot rate highly enough. Thanks guys!

Dr Kelly offered us some really wonderful advice on telemedicine consults that have really benefitted my dog. She goes into great detail to support all the aspects of my dogs health which is wonderful particularly with an elderly animal to support her through the later stages of her life.

We had already had 5 years of Five Star care from Benton’s Road vets—from emergency diagnosis to chronic terminal disease management (kidney)—the best acute care supported by a best-in-Australia wholistic approach, all with Kelly Halls, the founder and practice principal. But when our new 8 yr old Greyhound Nessa presented with a sudden acute limp, and Kelly was away, we had to see someone else. And were we pleased! Chelsi was thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic, investigative—checked out everything without us even asking. Benton’s Road has always said everyone there is on the same page. Our consultation with Chelsi has proved that in spades! We’ll be seeing her again! Also I’d like to give a huge thumbs up to the receptionists and nurses, all so kind, supportive and helpful.

This morning my 13yo fox terrier was attacked by a German shepherd, both on leads but the German shepherd just jumped at my foxie putting his mouth over her head. Everything seemed fine until we got back to our holiday place and then saw blood. The staff at Bentons Road Veterinary Clinic really care about the whole dog.
